Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Webmate Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Webmate Studio website https://webmatestudio.in/ and all services provided by us. By accessing our website or availing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Pricing, Billing & GST Compliance

  • Webmate Studio is a GST registered business in India.
  • All prices displayed on our website, proposals, or communications are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Applicable GST (CGST/SGST or IGST) will be charged additionally as per Indian GST laws.
  • A valid GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every payment received.
  • If the client provides a valid GSTIN, the invoice will be generated as a B2B invoice, eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) subject to government rules.
  • GST once charged and deposited with the government is non-refundable.

2. Project Timeline & Work Delivery

  • Projects are delivered within the mutually agreed timeline mentioned in the proposal, quotation, or written communication.
  • Client Delays: Any delay caused by late submission of content, approvals, feedback, or information from the client will automatically extend the delivery timeline.

3. Official Communication & Confirmation

  • Communication may take place via Email, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, or Contact Forms.
  • For legal and record purposes, all approvals, confirmations, scope changes, and design acceptances must be provided in written or digital form (Email or WhatsApp).
  • Verbal discussions or phone confirmations are not considered final.

4. Project Scope, Design & Content

Scope of Work

  • The project scope is finalized before work begins. Any additional features, pages, integrations, plugins, or revisions requested later will be treated as scope changes and may attract additional charges and timelines.

Design Approval & Revisions

  • Once a design or layout is approved, any major design change or full redesign request may incur additional cost and development time.

Client-Provided Content

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete content including text, images, branding assets, and legal permissions.
  • Webmate Studio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect, delayed, or copyrighted client content.

5. Payments, Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership Transfer: Full ownership of the project, website, or digital assets is transferred only after full and final payment is received.
  • Until full payment is made, all work remains the intellectual property of Webmate Studio.
  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

6. Website Credit & Copyright

  • A footer credit such as “© Webmate Studio” may be included on delivered websites.
  • Removal of credit must be requested in writing before project commencement and may involve additional charges.

7. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

  • Non-Refundable: Hosting, domain names, licenses, plugins, or third-party tools purchased on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, data loss, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

8. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance

  • Basic Support: Limited support is provided for immediate technical issues after delivery.
  • Ongoing Maintenance: Continuous updates, backups, security, or feature enhancements require a separate paid maintenance plan.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
